More Than Gears

Here at Peaches&Steam we don't merely "put a gear on it" and call it steampunk, which is why we specify that some of our work is genuinely steampunk, but much of it is "Stempunk inspired." While we are inspired by the Victorian aesthetic and Steampunk artwork, our own work drifts into the realms of Pirates and Fae as well as 19th century, neo-futuristic, alternate past England. We incorporate upcycled pieces from not only clocks, but discarded jewelry and other industrial machinery, like this piece, embellished with part of an old sewing machine dial as the focal point.
